Shipping Partners

We work exclusively with verified, insured, and reputable courier and freight service providers to ensure your consignments reach safely and on time.
 All shipments are fully documented and dispatched through authorized logistics networks such as DTDC Biz, Blue Dart, FedEx, and DHL (for international deliveries).

Dispatch Timelines

·         Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment realization.

·         Bulk or High-Volume Orders: Dispatched within 10–20 working days, depending on production schedule and quantity.

·         Special Collections or Limited Batches: Dispatch timelines may vary and will be clearly mentioned on the product page or order confirmation.

All dispatch timelines are business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines

Delivery duration depends on the destination, order size, and courier network.
 Estimated delivery dates will be shown:

·         On each product page, and

·         During checkout or order confirmation.

For domestic deliveries, typical timelines range between 3–7 working days after dispatch.
 For international shipments, timelines may vary between 10–20 working days, depending on location and customs procedures.

Shipping Charges

·         Prepaid Orders (Domestic India): Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

·         Bulk B2B Orders: Freight may be charged based on total weight and delivery destination, as specified at checkout or in the invoice.

·         International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to product weight, volume, and destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable at the destination shall be borne by the Buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:

·         Email,

·         WhatsApp, and

·         SMS notification.

Tracking details remain active until final delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

·         Weather conditions or natural events

·         Local or regional restrictions

·         Transportation or customs delays

·         High-order volumes during peak periods

If your shipping address is deemed unserviceable, our logistics team will contact you promptly to arrange an alternate delivery option or process a refund for undeliverable goods.

Risk and Responsibility

Ownership and risk of goods transfer to the Buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier or freight partner.
 The Company shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit under third-party control.
 Buyers are advised to inspect goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 3 working days of receipt.
